We realize the not all breakdowns occur during normal working hours. ICHS offers 24 hour emergency service as well as normal hour service. Our quick response times enable your production to get back up and running promptly.

OSHA COMPLIANCE INSPECTIONS
OSHA requires that all overhead cranes, hoists, and lifting devices be inspected at intervals determined by the manufacturer and usage. Our inspection program offers the most thorough and complete analysis available on the market today. Coupled with our preventative maintenance program, we can discover mechanical, electrical, and safety related problems before they become an issue. This saves you time and money and guarantees compliance to current OSHA standards.
OPERATOR TRAINING
ICHS offers operator safety training. Your employees will be instructed in the proper use of overhead cranes, hoists, and under hook devices that are used in the performance of their duties as a crane operator. From start-up to the end of that days usage. Operators are taught how to visually inspect their equipment and the devices that will be attached to the block (slings, chains, etc.). Proper training will allow operators to define problems that they see during the operation procedure. Properly trained operators are more efficient and operate more safely.
